As a life long learner, I strive to bring both a science and holistic approach for healing and wellbeing. I know first hand what an unbalanced life can do to one’s wellbeing. Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in my 30’s left me with more questions than answers. For many years I believed what I was fed, but it wasn’t until my late husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that I decided it was time to find some answers. Learning the benefits of herbal medicine and energy healing, I’m even more convinced that creating a balanced life is key. If you are ready for answers, then it’s time to get started.
